Recruiting Manager (Marketing & Creative)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager for its Washington DC office, focused on the Marketing & Creative sector. The role combines business development with the recruitment and placement of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities.
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services.
• Recruit, evaluate and place Marketing & Creative professionals in full-time positions with clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates, and give consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local Marketing & Creative community.

Required profile

• A business-related degree, ideally in Marketing & Creative (a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing & Creative and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to use Marketing & Creative experience to manage and grow the business.

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, negotiable depending on experience and location.
• Bonus eligibility based on achievement of performance objectives.
