About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Legal) in Midtown New York. The role combines business development with the recruitment and placement of legal professionals in full-time positions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Promote the firm's services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
• Recruit, evaluate and place legal professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local legal community

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the legal industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• A business-related degree preferred; a paralegal degree/certification and/or a law degree is a plus
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to use legal experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $66,300 to $79,000, negotiable on experience and location, with a performance-based bonus
