Recruiting Manager (Legal)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Legal) in Los Angeles Downtown. The role combines business development with recruiting and placing industry professionals in full-time positions for clients, while delivering strong customer service to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the services
• Recruit, evaluate and place industry professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence in the local legal community

Required profile

• 2+ years of industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Degree preferred
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage industry experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Salary range of $68,000 to $85,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
• Bonus based on achievement of performance objectives
