Recruiting Manager - Finance & Accounting Permanent Placements

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager in Minnetonka, Minnesota, focused on permanent placements of finance and accounting professionals. The role combines business development with recruiting and candidate support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local finance and accounting community

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in public or industry accounting, finance, or successful permanent placement recruiting
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $50,000 to $70,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
• Bonus eligibility based on achievement of performance objectives
