About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on building our Operations organization. This is a high‑impact, 0→1 opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership at a fast‑growing AI‑powered talent platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, closing) for Operations and other roles.
  • Partner with General Managers to define hiring needs and improve recruiting processes.
  • Build and manage top‑of‑funnel pipelines using creative sourcing, outbound outreach, and talent intelligence.
  • Utilize structured interview processes, calibrated scorecards, and work‑sample evaluations.
  • Track and optimize recruiting metrics such as pass‑through rates, time‑in‑stage, and source yield.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience with speed and quality.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, leveling, and decision‑making.
  • Contribute to employer branding through campaigns, referrals, and events.
  • Represent the firm externally in a competitive talent market.
  • Collaborate on recruiting systems, dashboards, and automation (e.g., Ashby).
  • Support evolution of recruiting strategy as hiring needs shift toward technical talent.

Required profile

  • Experience as a founding recruiter or in an early‑stage/start‑up environment.
  • Interest in AI, human data, or emerging technologies.
  • 1–4+ years of G&A recruiting experience, including individual contributor and leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to build and scale recruiting processes in fast‑paced settings.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable representing a brand and engaging top‑tier candidates.
  • Highly adaptable, detail‑oriented, and ownership‑focused.
