Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition (Austin, TX)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for industrial and warehouse positions in Austin, Texas. You will partner with hiring leaders to attract top talent and ensure a fair, efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Full life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair and equitable assessment and selection process.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and able to work with urgency and high energy.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous or changing scenarios.
