Recruiter – Contract (Northwest Region)

About the role

This contract position supports Amazon's virtual medical team in the Northwest region. Working through Tundra Technical Solutions, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for telehealth and Medicare population health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Support virtual medical team staffing, including telehealth visits and Medicare programs.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, extend offers, and lead new‑hire orientation.
• Perform exit interviews and manage employee status changes.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Demonstrated ability to close candidates independently in a full‑cycle recruiting environment.
• Strong administrative capabilities and ability to report on large data sets.
