Recruiter – Limited Term (18 months)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter on an 18‑month limited‑term contract to lead internal talent acquisition across multiple divisions of our global nonprofit. You will partner with senior leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to design and execute hiring strategies that attract top talent for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and Talent Acquisition partners to define hiring profiles and short‑term recruitment plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal positions, including job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, and offer management.
• Develop and maintain a diverse talent pool using creative sourcing methods such as referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
• Map internal talent across divisions to identify and leverage existing skill sets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing internal recruitments and handling multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical talent across various functional areas.
• Excellent understanding of talent mapping and internal talent pools.
• Reports to the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition and works on an 18‑month LTE.
