About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Burbank area and supports the daily operations of 1826 Group’s office. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will help create a professional and welcoming environment while providing general junior office assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen and redirect telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Organise and file documents, maintaining accurate records.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning.
- Manage office consumables and stationery supplies.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to various departments as needed.

- Strong social and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
