About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Office Assistant to support senior leadership and keep our Downtown Manhattan office running smoothly. The role combines executive assistance, office management, and front‑desk duties in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail, and facility maintenance.
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide a professional first impression.
- Maintain an organized workspace and restock supplies as needed.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Manager.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
- Ability to work on‑site four days per week in a busy office setting.
