Quality Management Lead

About the role

The Quality Management Lead will be the primary contact for EDM North America customers on all quality‑related matters, ensuring timely handling of non‑conformities, inquiries, audits and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for EDM NA customers on quality topics, including non‑conformance handling, quality inquiries, audit coordination, CoA uploads and PCN communication.
• Collect and coordinate necessary information to address customer quality requests, liaise with internal cross‑functional teams and provide timely responses.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate root‑cause analysis with internal teams, including sites in Taiwan and Germany.
• Prepare and distribute Process Change Notices (PCN) and white papers, ensuring on‑time implementation.
• Work with production site CQM teams on OCAP, waste charts, best‑known‑methods, and regular PCS reviews, audits and quality inquiries.
• Manage CoA and production resume uploads for customer systems and collaborate with Taiwan/LU teams to optimise the workflow.
• Evaluate and qualify third‑party QC laboratories in North America, supporting supplier audits and visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a quality‑focused role, preferably with customer‑quality or supplier‑quality exposure.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and respond to quality inquiries promptly.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional investigations and communicating findings to global sites.
• Strong understanding of quality documentation such as CoA, PCN, and audit reports.
• Ability to work onsite in Hillsboro, OR and travel as needed to support North American and global sites.
