Process Support Engineer - Etch

About the role

The Process Support Engineer (PSE) will guide semiconductor equipment through its full lifecycle, providing on‑site installation, diagnosis, and repair while collaborating with customers and R&D to develop advanced manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of issues and delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with customers to optimize tool performance to meet process and integration requirements.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of the system.
• Provide on‑site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor capital equipment or a similar high‑tech industry.
• 3+ years experience in applications or process engineering (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Etch process background preferred.
