QA / Release Manager IV (US Citizens & GC Candidates)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA / Release Manager IV to oversee the integration, testing, and deployment of enterprise systems. You will work closely with Agile squads, developers, QA, production support, and business stakeholders to coordinate and execute release plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategy of the Release/Environment team and coordinate code and hardware deployments.
• Create full release plans from QA through post‑production, ensuring standards are followed.
• Monitor environment uptime, manage risks, and support both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Liaise with QA, Production Support, Development, Agilists, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to determine future environment needs.
• Enforce release management standards and oversee environment configuration.

Required profile

• Experience controlling test environments and configuration management.
• Background working with QA, Production Support, and Development teams.
• Proven ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall teams.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools and large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
