CIAM Deployment Engineer – Node.js Developer

About the role

We are looking for a CIAM Deployment Engineer with strong Node.js expertise to build and maintain micro‑service based platform capabilities. The role involves integrating new services, ensuring performance, and supporting a highly regulated financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Node.js microservices that power platform features.
• Integrate additional services and platforms into the existing architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and latency issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new APIs.
• Conduct unit testing and support code migrations across Development, QA, and Production.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and system guides.
• Address and, when needed, escalate service issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Enhance platform reliability through monitoring and proactive troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and Node.js best practices.
• Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Proactive problem‑solving with excellent analytical abilities.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks like SOC2 and NIST 800‑63A.
