About the role

The Provider Support Specialist will manage hearing aid orders, handle document processing, and provide phone support to providers. The role requires independent work, quick learning, and efficient problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process a high volume of hearing aid orders daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain call‑volume satisfaction while answering provider questions and offering resolutions.
Enter order data efficiently and manage related documents, including delivery receipts and purchase agreements.
Identify incomplete orders, follow protocol to gather missing information, and educate providers on NationsHearing processes.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in order or data entry.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and decision‑making abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
Effective written and oral communication.
