Provider Network Specialist

About the role

This role focuses on recruiting medical offices for our expanding national networks, building and maintaining strong relationships with providers from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a national network of specialty medical offices.
• Initiate outreach via phone, mailings, and email to recruit providers.
• Provide weekly status reports on recruitment efforts by state.
• Collaborate with the Credentialing Team for efficient onboarding and compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for recruited offices, ensuring satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between providers, management, and internal teams.
• Support special projects related to provider recruitment and network expansion.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting medical offices, preferably in optical or audiology care.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment efforts and meet goals.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, results‑driven, comfortable working independently and in a team.
