Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote, US)

About the role

As a Provider Enrollment Representative you will support Gainwell’s mission to improve health outcomes by accurately processing provider enrollment information for Medicaid programs. Working remotely, you will use multiple online systems to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data using various websites and internal systems.
• Maintain high data‑entry accuracy while meeting service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, business unit rules, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a metric‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously.
• Background in the healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid enrollment.
• Proven ability to meet service level agreements and contractual obligations.
• Self‑motivated learner who can work independently.
