Proposal Pricing Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Proposal Pricing Analyst to support a large federal government project. This fully remote position involves developing compliant, competitive pricing solutions and financial models for government opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze solicitation requirements, develop pricing assumptions, cost estimates, and identify pricing risks.
• Create pricing models, labor estimates, financial analyses, and pricing strategies for federal proposals.
• Collaborate with capture managers, solution architects, subcontractors, and leadership to produce accurate pricing solutions.
• Prepare customer pricing templates, cost volumes, pricing summaries, and supporting documentation for submissions.
• Maintain organized, audit‑ready pricing files throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting federal proposal pricing, financial analysis, or government contracting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
