Property Manager

About the role

Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee its newest commercial developments in Los Angeles. The role is hybrid, based at the Little Tokyo Service Center office, and reports directly to the Director of Property Management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect rents and triple‑net lease common‑area charges.
• Lease vacant commercial spaces and market them to prospective tenants.
• Screen commercial applicants while ensuring compliance with funder and regulatory requirements.
• Verify and report on funder compliance for commercial tenants.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for Asset Management and the Fiscal Department.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with tenants, coordinating with LTSC departments such as Community Building & Engagement and Service Programs.

Required profile

• Full‑time, non‑exempt status.
• Reports to the Director of Property Management.
