Concierge - THEA at Metropolis

About the role

A full-time concierge position at THEA at Metropolis, a stabilized 685-unit apartment community in Los Angeles. The concierge organizes and coordinates resident services and programs, acts as an information source for residents about local market resources, and works 9am to 6pm with weekend availability required.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents at the entrance and make them comfortable while waiting.
• Answer calls, route them to the right team member and help with service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule so suites are clean and ready on arrival, and coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are ready before the leasing office opens each morning.
• Manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Keep tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning and other community services.
• Help plan and organize resident activities, and maintain a log of local restaurants, shops and delivery options.
• Maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of concierge experience, including luxury high-rise and customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods, bend, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in all weather.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance, and to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend and holiday calls.
• Rare or regular travel to other properties or training may be required.

• Hourly pay of $21.00-$23.86 in Los Angeles, plus possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses.
