Remote Leasing & Listing Specialist

About the role

A remote Leasing & Listing Specialist is sought to oversee the full leasing process, from property listing and marketing through applicant screening, lease execution and move-in coordination. The role suits someone with previous U.S. property management experience who can handle many properties, applications and deadlines at once while keeping accurate records. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process: listing and marketing, application review and screening, lease preparation and move-in coordination.
• Verify applicant information and lease terms, set up leases and collect and verify utility confirmations from incoming residents.
• Coordinate key pickup and move-in, send security deposit notifications and track application statuses and move-in deadlines.
• Create and maintain property listings on marketing platforms, prepare weekly marketing emails and keep property details current.
• Maintain property, applicant and resident files, enter data into spreadsheets and reports, and update property management systems.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and deadlines, and provide administrative support so the leasing process runs smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in U.S. property management is required.
• Hands-on experience with residential leasing and listing management.
• Familiarity with applicant screening, lease administration and move-in coordination.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
