Project Manager - Risk Management

About the role

The Project Manager – Risk Management will lead change initiatives across risk management, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery, stakeholder alignment and regulatory compliance for a global financial services group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of risk‑management regulatory, strategic and business change initiatives, managing workstreams from planning through execution.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets and KPIs, while monitoring dependencies, risks and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Risk, Business, IT, QA and Development teams to drive alignment and successful delivery.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear capture, prioritisation and delivery of requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project or program management experience within risk management or risk technology.
• Strong understanding of credit and/or market risk concepts, risk metrics, limits, data flows and regulatory capital processes.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end project delivery, lead multiple workstreams and adapt delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills across all organisational levels.
