Project Manager – Mechanical Integrity Services

About the role

The Project Manager – Mechanical Integrity Services is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IMDS projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This U.S.-based hybrid position coordinates cross‑functional teams and serves as the primary interface with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control multiple projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSSE requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate bids, proposals, and execution with Operations, Commercial, and Service Excellence teams.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee procurement activities, invoicing, and accounts receivable support.
• Prepare and present project financial and performance reports ensuring compliance with HSSE and Quality Management Systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical integrity or inspection.
• 5+ years of experience with API 510/570 and knowledge of API & ASME codes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn enterprise systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Experience running calculations on ASME piping, tanks, and vessels.
