Project Manager - eAxle and eMotor

About the role

Bosch is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead acquisition and production projects for its eMotor and eAxle product lines in North America. The role focuses on launching new products, managing post‑SOP activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with plant functions and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project and program teams (internal and external) for production projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑spec, on‑quality, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate with plant functions to guarantee safe product launches and manage change processes.
• Travel to and work directly from the manufacturing plant as required.
• Define risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive problem‑solving initiatives.
• Manage schedules, open issues, and drive decisions with appropriate escalation and transparency.
• Utilize master‑level communication to keep all stakeholders informed of changes, decisions, and expectations.
• Take ownership of all project facets and ensure successful completion of deliverables from internal and external sources.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong decision‑making ability backed by logical analysis and clear communication.
• Experience with risk assessment, mitigation planning, and resource management.
• Comfortable working on‑site and traveling as project demands dictate.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
