Project Manager - Assembly Technology

About the role

Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver assembly technology solutions for Bosch Rexroth, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and guide cross‑functional teams, define resource allocations and resolve conflicts.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing and plant operations to track component availability, tooling lead times and BOM costs.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, monitor critical path items and implement recovery plans.
• Serve as primary interface for engineering change requests, evaluate impacts and secure approvals.
• Plan and lead formal Quality Gate reviews and document phase sign‑offs.
• Facilitate lessons‑learned workshops and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in discrete manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or industrial technology.
