Program Manager – Recovery Support

About the role

Wise Path Recovery Centers is looking for a compassionate and organized Program Manager to lead day‑to‑day recovery support operations at the Camp Road facility in West Virginia. You will ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients while coordinating staff, clinical teams, and facility leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of recovery support services, patient programming, and clinical schedules.
• Monitor patient flow, structured activities, meals, medication administration, and recreation across all shifts.
• Identify operational barriers and collaborate with leadership to develop practical solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between recovery support, clinical, nursing, medical, admissions, and facility leadership.
• Escalate significant clinical, safety, staffing, or operational concerns to appropriate leaders.
• Provide direct patient support when needed to maintain continuity of care.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in behavioral health or recovery settings.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work hands‑on with patients and staff in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
