Pharmacist – Centralized Services (Hourly)

About the role

This position is responsible for implementing healthcare strategies, driving patient health outcomes, and managing pharmacy financial performance from a remote setting while maintaining strong relationships with the medical community.

Key responsibilities

• Implement direct patient care programs such as Medication Therapy Management, immunizations, and adherence initiatives.
• Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing programs that maximize reimbursements while improving patient outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and continuous quality improvement across pharmacy services.
• Provide clinical consultations, medication reviews, and support to pharmacists, physicians, and insurance plans.

Required profile

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with at least one year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Current state pharmacist license.
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours and travel up to 10%.
• Experience handling confidential information and managing multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Intercom, Promise, and Plus pharmacy systems.
• Basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
