Program Manager – FBI Contractor (Security Clearance Required)

About the role

Navanti Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a high‑performing contractor team that supports the FBI’s mission to detect and mitigate insider threats. The role involves close collaboration with government analysts and delivery of intelligence‑focused analytical products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage contractor staff, addressing personnel issues as needed.
• Ensure operational coverage for all mission‑critical areas in line with division priorities.
• Collaborate with government analysts to define, develop, and execute reports and analytical deliverables.
• Review incoming reports, collection plans, and programs for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and project data trends based on current and past intelligence situations.
• Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support.
• Access designated databases to extract and format information to government specifications.
• Prepare technical documents, summaries, presentations, and other required products.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience applying administrative principles.
• 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in national security or information analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and oral presentation skills.
