Program Director – Coaching Sales

About the role

The Program Director conducts enrollment interviews to close coaching sales within the Sales Department. You will work with a global customer base, often outside standard business hours, to match clients with coaching solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled, pre‑qualified phone interviews lasting about one hour.
• Close high‑price coaching sales and ensure compliance processes are completed.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas consistently.
• Work nights and weekends as needed to accommodate customers in different time zones.

Required profile

• Prior coaching sales experience with a proven track record of high closing performance.
• Ability to address customer concerns, overcome objections, and close sales.
• High energy, drive, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
