Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Equipment Finance

About the role

Altius Search Group is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a client in the equipment finance industry. The role is remote and focuses on providing financing solutions for industrial equipment across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Work with vendors and their customers to structure and present financing products for a variety of equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and resellers.
• Market services to potential customers through outbound calls and marketing materials, primarily targeting regional equipment resellers.
• Support existing manufacturer programs, manage ongoing transactions, and expedite funding.
• Facilitate prompt payment of invoices and monitor service levels for vendors and lessees.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the industrial equipment finance sector obtained through education and experience.
• Existing business relationships with equipment vendors.
• Minimum 5 years of prior industrial equipment finance sales experience.

Required skills

• Executive‑level sales negotiating and closing skills.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set objectives.
