Professional Services Associate (EPM)

About the role

Join Abacum as a Professional Services Associate to deliver implementation projects for our Business Planning platform, helping finance teams achieve value and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver implementation projects, follow plans, meet deadlines and communicate progress and risks.
• Build best‑in‑class financial models to improve client processes.
• Onboard, train and support clients, turning them into Abacum experts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to innovate platform features.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, Pigment).
• Strong ability to explain financial and technical concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting and consolidation.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, comfortable presenting to senior finance leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, Pigment).
