Production Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technician to join Cargill’s specialized portfolio enterprise. In this role you will operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement in a safe, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as mixers, batching machines, mills, grinders, packing lines, weighing stations and palletizers.
• Collect product samples, monitor tank levels and record data using computer systems.
• Manufacture products to meet defined specifications and quality standards.
• Operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders.
• Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work area and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to drive process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• At least 18 years of age and able to communicate in English.
• Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust and noise.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, bend, kneel, climb and work at heights of 4 ft or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends or holidays with notice.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Operation of mixers, batching equipment, mills, grinders, packing machinery, weighing devices and palletizers.
• Forklift and loader operation.
