Production Worker - Operator

About the role

The Production Worker – Operator works on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that products meet quality standards while performing painting, stone removal, and packaging tasks. The role supports the overall production process and helps maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply color to molds using spray or brush according to quality specifications.
• Apply acid spray to molds and remove stones, packing them accurately.
• Inspect stones for air bubbles, color consistency, and deformations.
• Scrape excess cement, clean molds, and manage over‑pour issues.
• Package products with correct labels, staples, and box types.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist on other production lines when needed and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong safety and attendance record.
• Knowledge of mold textures, stone colors, and OSHA safety standards.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Certified forklift operation (preferred).
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to manufacturing.
