Production Support Specialist – Prime Brokerage

About the role

The Prime Production Support Specialist provides front‑office focused support for Prime Brokerage platforms, handling incidents, client connectivity and platform stability in a global 24x5 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for Equity Finance, Cash, Synthetics and reporting systems.
• Act as primary contact for trading desks, internal users and clients, managing queries and investigations.
• Manage API and FTP integrations, batch processing and system operations.
• Track, prioritize and resolve incidents, driving automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, technology and risk teams on releases, capacity planning and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• Prior application support experience in a banking environment, preferably front‑office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and results‑driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
