Production Specialist – Print Production & Workflow Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Production Specialist to manage print production workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality, color accuracy, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects.
• Create and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Support end‑to‑end production processes from intake to completion, including packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation.
• Coordinate with production teams to assign work and improve workflow efficiency.
• Oversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Assist in sourcing new print materials and evaluating production supplies.
• Participate in R&D for new production processes and workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations or related field (preferred).
• Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
