Production Operators and Fabricator Positions

About the role

Clopay Corporation is hiring Production Operators and Fabricators for its Mountaintop, PA manufacturing facility. Multiple shift positions are available, including powder coat packaging, shipping, curtain assembly, and folder operation.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload parts up to 50 lb, operate conveyor systems, and tag products correctly.
• Retrieve and stage material by job number, operate overhead crane, and use RF scan guns to track shipments.
• Assemble therm curtains using hand and power tools, following SOPs and selecting correct components.
• Operate folder machines, bend sheet metal, cut to specifications, and move finished parts to packing.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work at a quick pace.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of blueprints/drawings and ability to use hand tools accurately.

Required skills

• Hand tool usage.
• Blueprint and drawing interpretation.
• Computer operation and RF scan gun usage.
• Overhead crane operation.

• Starting pay $20.00–$23.69 per hour with shift differentials.
