About the role
Clopay Corporation is seeking motivated Fabricators for its Mountaintop, PA manufacturing facility. Positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering hands‑on work with pipe assembly, welding, and gear‑end fabrication.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop sheets and job drawings.
- Assemble, drill, grease, and weld pipe and gear ends accordingli.
- Perform MIG welding, tap holes, grind welds, and form bell mouths.
- Visually inspect parts for defects and replace non‑conforming components.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work at a quick pace.
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Understanding of blueprints and ability to use hand tools accurately.
Required skills
- MIG welding

- Blueprint/technical drawing interpretation
- Hand‑tool operation and tape‑measure use
