About the role
Join 3M's Brownwood facility as a Production Operator, where you will contribute to high‑quality manufacturing while collaborating with innovative teams worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to all quality and safety policies, procedures and practices.
- Operate various production machines at different speeds while maintaining product specifications.
- Interpret customer requirements and perform department processes using appropriate tools and materials to meet quality standards.
Required profile
- High School diploma or GED (verified prior to start).
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or related environment (preferred).
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
