Production Operator – Automotive Electronics

About the role

We are seeking Production Operators to join our Automotive Electronic Products (AEP) team in Logansport, Indiana. Assemblers perform the assembly operations for products built at COMPAL and report to the line lead or supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to prevent nonconformities related to product, process, and quality system.
• Identify problems relating to product, process, and quality system to the line lead or supervisor.
• Properly use and care for tools, materials, components, and equipment.
• Report health and safety hazards, quality issues, and potential production problems to a supervisor.
• Keep the individual work area neat and clean.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or training.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities: close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
