Production Director – Starkville Campus

About the role

The Production Director serves on the Starkville Worship Team, leading all production aspects of the ministry under the Worship Pastor’s guidance. This role blends technical expertise with spiritual discipleship, recruiting and equipping servant leaders for video, lighting, audio, and staging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a systematic process for recruiting, assimilating, and equipping leaders in video, lighting, audio, and staging.
• Design and oversee the overall look and feel of services—including video elements, lighting, sound, and mood—to support the message.
• Approve, manage, and provide A/V support for campus events through Rock management software, ensuring proper staffing.
• Partner with the Worship Pastor to lead Production Teams for Sunday and corporate gatherings across all Pinelake Starkville venues.

Required skills

• Expertise in front‑of‑house (FOH) audio, lighting, and video systems.
• Proficiency with Rock management software for event coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four to six years of related experience.
