Production Director for Worship Ministry

About the role

The Production Director works under the Lead Worship Director to disciple, develop, and shepherd servant‑leader Production Teams at the Oxford Campus. This role empowers the production team to serve the ministry through live‑production responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Shepherd and disciple servant leaders, developing recruitment and training methods.
• Maintain the vision of the Pinelake Production Team and collaborate on equipment repair, upgrades, and budget management.
• Set goals with the Lead Worship Director, coordinate weekly video/content, and support global church events.
• Equip and train production teams for services and special ministry events such as baby dedications and funerals.

Required profile

• Commitment to personal spiritual growth through prayer, Bible study, and discipleship.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and multiply servant leaders, focusing on life change and spiritual formation.
• Embodiment of the organization’s values: Humility, Honor, Honesty, Hunger, Holy Spirit, Health, and Harmony.

Required skills

• Expertise in Audio production.
• Experience with Video production.
• Knowledge of Lighting design and operation.
