About the role

The Production Associate – Garment Sorter supports Cintas' Rental Division by accurately sorting customer garments in numerical order based on garment ID. The role is performance‑driven, with hourly pay plus incentives for exceeding production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sort garments safely and accurately according to numerical ID.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet or exceed established production and quality standards.
• Adhere to attendance policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sorting targets.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks under time pressure.
• Positive interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
