Product Partnership Manager

About the role

Thought Machine is building modern banking technology in the cloud and is looking for a Product Partnership Manager to drive its partnership strategy. The role focuses on expanding product capabilities, increasing the total addressable market, and enabling the commercial team to capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify product proposition opportunities and the partners that can bring them to market.
• Research and track high‑impact banking issues related to core and payments technology and match them with partner capabilities.
• Monitor partner influence on commercial targets to uncover positioning opportunities.
• Create and structure collateral and narratives that highlight customer problems, combined capabilities, and value propositions.
• Lead engagements with partners, ensuring joint assets complement Thought Machine’s product direction.
• Run workshops and demos with partners, demonstrating evolution of integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that enhance product offerings.
• Strong analytical mindset to research banking challenges and partner solutions.
• Experience creating compelling partnership narratives and collateral.
• Proven capability to lead partner engagements, workshops, and joint demonstrations.
