Product Manager, Payor Agents
Infinitus · San Francisco
Job description
About the role
Infinitus builds AI communications that connect patients, payors and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to make access, adherence and affordability of specialty therapies easier. As Product Lead for Payor Agents, you will own the product end to end: strategy, roadmap and day-to-day execution. The role is highly cross-functional, working with engineering, Data, Operations, Enablement, Customer Success and Sales, and sits alongside the AI Hub Product Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, including the channel and fallback model (digital, automated or live) and quality, reliability and success rates.
- Handle messy inputs: features and logic that let customers succeed even when data is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Manage integrations and data partnerships, and define metrics, dashboards and success measures tied to patient and customer outcomes.
- Deliver customer pilots, go-lives and ongoing engagement, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on customer needs.
- Dig into task-level data and customer feedback to find root causes and prioritize fixes with engineering.
- Write clear specs, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and design the routing, fallback and escalation rules.
- Evaluate and onboard new data sources and partners, and partner with operations and enablement on rollout.
- Align executives and cross-functional teams, mentor teammates and keep requests and tickets organized.
Required profile
- 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a product or product line and a record of setting strategy and delivering results.
- Experience in healthcare, ideally payor, pharmacy benefit, specialty pharma or patient support workflows.
- Fluency with data: defining metrics, building or owning dashboards and deciding from evidence.
- Ability to work in a regulated, safety-first environment where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable.
- Strong cross-functional and customer-facing skills, and a curious, accountable startup mindset.
What we offer
- Hybrid work (SF office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) with catered lunches for Bay Area positions.
- Competitive salary, equity and 401(k).
- Wellness stipend and benefits (medical, dental, vision).
- Generous PTO and parental leave.
- Bi-annual offsites and a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
