Product Manager, Member Engagement

About the role

Ash is looking for a Product Manager to own the member engagement product roadmap, covering email, SMS and AI‑powered voice outreach. You will shape how the platform reaches members who miss traditional care, turning kits into completed tests and improving health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage client campaigns in Customer.io, including segmentation, trigger logic, sequencing and A/B testing.
• Analyze engagement data to identify drop‑off points, surface targeting opportunities and build cases for roadmap investments.
• Drive experimentation to increase member engagement rates.
• Collaborate with senior product managers, platform engineers and marketing to ship improvements.
• Serve as internal expert on notification and outreach systems, educating delivery, sales and operations teams.

• Strong analytics fluency and ability to interpret engagement metrics.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven capabilities in consumer‑facing products (preferred).
