Product Manager – Center Authentication, Voice Biometrics & Fraud Prevention

About the role

Daon is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and expand its contact‑center identity and voice‑fraud offering within TrustX. The role owns the full authentication and fraud‑prevention journey, from voice biometrics and deep‑fake detection to agent workflows and step‑up authentication, shaping a differentiated, revenue‑generating capability for regulated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for contact‑center identity and voice‑fraud capabilities.
• Translate operator and fraud‑team needs into detailed requirements, user stories and release plans.
• Analyze competitor offerings such as Pindrop and Nuance/Microsoft to define differentiating features.
• Define measurable outcomes (authentication completion, fraud‑loss reduction, false‑positive rate, etc.) and track performance.
• Partner with engineering, design and GTM teams to deliver demo‑ready increments and support sales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management or leadership experience in identity, authentication, voice biometrics or fraud prevention.
• Hands‑on experience with contact‑center authentication, IVR/CCaaS integrations and telephony intelligence.
• Proven ability to convert complex operational needs into clear product specifications and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical orientation with experience using dashboards, call‑center metrics and business cases.

Required skills

• Voice biometrics and synthetic‑voice/deepfake detection.
• Telephony intelligence, SIPREC, SBC and IVR APIs.
• APIs and streaming‑audio integration.
• CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Microsoft, Zoom, Amazon Connect).
• Cloud deployment models, data modeling and analytics.
• Risk scoring and fraud‑loss measurement.
