Product Manager – AI-powered Asset Management

About the role

Hypha is looking for a Product Manager to shape the future of AI‑driven asset management. You will own the product direction for core platforms that turn complex data and workflows into intuitive, actionable insights for healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for Synthesis, Cortex, and Flow from discovery through delivery.
• Prioritise road‑maps balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Partner with engineering to design and ship data‑heavy features, including third‑party API integrations.
• Lead product thinking around data ingestion, integrations, and observability (CRMs, workflow tools, analytics platforms).
• Translate complex asset, risk, and operational data into clear dashboards and forecasting views.
• Collaborate with design to ensure consumer‑grade, mobile‑first UX.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems, test solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Define success metrics and use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably on technical or data‑driven products.
• Strong technical intuition and comfort discussing architecture, trade‑offs, and system design.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with data integrations and APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, third‑party services).
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or observability tools (e.g., PostHog, Looker, Omni).
