Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the role

HIKE2 is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to act as a trusted advisor for clients, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule, requiring 2‑3 days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design with clients and stakeholders.
• Configure and administer Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design declarative solutions using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security models.
• Manage releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications highly desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills with ability to work with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools
• Data management, integrations, APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware
• Report and dashboard creation
