Technology Account Management Manager

About the role

The Manager, Technology Account Management (TAM) will build and maintain strong client relationships across Acceptance & Digital Merchants verticals. The role blends technical expertise with business acumen to drive growth, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful deployment of Mastercard products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve day‑to‑day technical and operational issues and manage escalations for assigned delivery projects.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to support new product implementations and technology enhancements.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives, fostering executive‑level relationships.
• Analyze and improve customer operational performance, including chargebacks, authorizations, and settlement processes.
• Participate in account planning, prioritize strategic objectives, and communicate customer feedback to product management.

Required profile

• Proven customer and relationship management experience within the payments ecosystem.
• Background in credit and debit card operations (authorizations, clearing, settlement, fraud & risk management).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage complexity, simplify solutions for customers, and provide off‑hours support when needed.
