Product Manager, Aftersales – E-commerce Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Aftersales initiatives for TikTok Shop in North America. You will shape the product roadmap, drive governance strategies for sellers and creators, and ensure a safe, trustworthy shopping experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy for Aftersales, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Manage daily team activities and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align business strategy, localize the shopping experience, and deliver governance solutions for sellers and creators.
• Monitor product performance, use data‑driven insights to iterate, and adjust strategies in complex situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing or managing customer‑facing products.
• Proven experience as a product manager or product developer.
• Strong communication skills, data‑driven decision making, and ability to adapt strategies quickly.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmaps.
